Nix Banged her Nead on the Notice Board and Blamed Moi 🙄

 Do you know that Nix has not taken one single photograph today, I’m seriously worried that there is something wrong with her. It might be something to do with the bang on her head which she is trying to blame on me of course. I was a bit desperate for a poo and so I did it right underneath the noticeboard at the entrance to the beach which tells you all about the flowers that grow there. She was on the phone chatting to a friend and she bent down to pick up the poo and when she stood up she banged her head on the corner of the noticeboard. It hurt apparently, quite a lot 🫢



This morning we had prayer and meditation at the church and then Nix realised she’d forgotten to go in to do the cleaning so we came home got the rubber gloves and went back to the church to do the cleaning. I could’ve been photographed next to the dustpan and brush an opportunity missed.



After we came back Jackie came round for a cup of tea in the garden and that was very nice but another photo opportunity missed. I’m afraid all we have are two random videos, one of me walking on the pavement and one of me walking on the beach. I’m sure you’ll all be very interested in them 🙄


Actually I’m a little bit annoyed with Facebook. They posted a really old post yesterday that Nix had posted four years ago about her previous Beardie Billy. There were already hundreds and hundreds of comments from four years ago and now everyone of course is commenting again. Nix is never going to get it together to go in and like all of them but I know she will read them. I’m not sure I like Billy getting all this attention but I suppose I shall have to put up with it.

Too Much Noisy Rain

 Last night it started to rain, a lot, and as you know I do not like it when it rains, it scares me. I don’t mind it when I’m out on my walk as you can see from my photos but I don’t like it when I’m inside. I just couldn’t help myself, I had to get off the bed and start digging. Nix was very understanding for once but she does try to get me back on the bed. In the end I gave up and got on the bed and was just drifting off when there was this really loud scary noise. Nix said it sounded like a very loud demented dalek whatever that is...it was very scary and made me and Nix really jump. Turned out to be something to do with her phone and the battery going...is it too much to ask that she keep a check on these things, nearly gave me a heart attack.  It hasn’t stopped raining all day so there are only photos of me wet. I didn’t stay wet for long, I blotted myself off on the sofa first and then Nix’s bed. She thought there were towels on it but I’d dug them all up. The best news today is

Big Boats and Little Dogs

 There was a very big boat making a lot of noise when we got to the beach this morning. Nix thought that it was very interesting, me not so much. I suppose it shows just how boring Nix’s life really is.  We went down the river this afternoon. You know how Nix has always been scared of going over the bridge over the busy road. Well now she’s decided she doesn’t like going under the busy road either. I think the lockdown thingy has finally done it’s worst. She says it’s worse coming back because she can see it in the distance and knows she’s got to go under it eventually. I like it under there, it’s really noisy and you can hear the lorries above you racing along.  I like to think I took her mind off going under the bridge by perfecting another one of my annoying habits.
