Beth, Buckingham Park And Paperwork

Quite a busy day today for Nix though I have slept for a lot of it. This morning we went to collect Beth from the station and Nix was going to put some highlights in her hair. When that was done, we dropped Beth back at the station and Nix and I went off to Buckingham Park. I feel much better in myself today and not so grumpy.

After we’d been home for an hour or so, we had to go back out again round to Kay‘s because Nix and Kay were doing some churchwarden paperwork. We’ve only just got home now so I think I might have another rest.

I’ve stopped taking my antibiotics again so Nix called Bron to talk about maybe a long lasting antibiotic injection. It turns out there is one that lasts 14 days but because of my autoimmune situation that would be a big risk that it might knock my platelets out. If that happened, the antibiotic would be in my blood for 14 days and there would be nothing they could do to stop it happening. Nix has been thinking hard about it  ๐Ÿ™  and she’s made the decision definitely not to give me the injection and if I don’t want the antibiotics in custard creams or pรขtรฉ or whatever then I won’t have them. I go for two of every three months without antibiotics so hopefully I’ll be able to fight off any infections that might come up. I hope you’re all agree that Nix has made the right decision, I think she has and it’s what I would like.
