I’m Getting a New Bed šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘



 First things first, once again can I just say that there are far too many comments on how wonderful Nix looks in her new top. Let’s not forget that she was meant to be buying me a new bed but decided to buy herself a new top instead. Some excuse was made about it being cheaper to ship than a bed but I’m not buying it. Anyway I’ve heard on the grapevine that Ness and her friends might be buying me a new bed and it might be on its way…I am very excited about this šŸ˜‡




It’s very windy and very cold here today but the sun is shining. We were nearly late for church because Nix just stands on the beach and looks out to the wind farm. She still can’t believe that not only can she see it but she can actually see the propeller thingies going round. It’s a long way away, over 8 miles so this is very worrying with regards as to who is going to see the BCJ first šŸ¤”



I had haloumi for a treat last night. Nix had bought a haloumi burger which she thought was disgusting but I disagree, it was very tasty. It might have been just a bit salty though and it made me drink a lot. Nix was panicking that my kidneys had gone wrong until she remembered the halloumi šŸ™„

Too Much Noisy Rain

 Last night it started to rain, a lot, and as you know I do not like it when it rains, it scares me. I don’t mind it when I’m out on my walk as you can see from my photos but I don’t like it when I’m inside. I just couldn’t help myself, I had to get off the bed and start digging. Nix was very understanding for once but she does try to get me back on the bed. In the end I gave up and got on the bed and was just drifting off when there was this really loud scary noise. Nix said it sounded like a very loud demented dalek whatever that is...it was very scary and made me and Nix really jump. Turned out to be something to do with her phone and the battery going...is it too much to ask that she keep a check on these things, nearly gave me a heart attack.  It hasn’t stopped raining all day so there are only photos of me wet. I didn’t stay wet for long, I blotted myself off on the sofa first and then Nix’s bed. She thought there were towels on it but I’d dug them all up. The best news today is

Big Boats and Little Dogs

 There was a very big boat making a lot of noise when we got to the beach this morning. Nix thought that it was very interesting, me not so much. I suppose it shows just how boring Nix’s life really is.  We went down the river this afternoon. You know how Nix has always been scared of going over the bridge over the busy road. Well now she’s decided she doesn’t like going under the busy road either. I think the lockdown thingy has finally done it’s worst. She says it’s worse coming back because she can see it in the distance and knows she’s got to go under it eventually. I like it under there, it’s really noisy and you can hear the lorries above you racing along.  I like to think I took her mind off going under the bridge by perfecting another one of my annoying habits. I like to walk right behind her and when she looks over her right shoulder to make sure I’m still there I overtake her on the left.
