Vaccination Day is Coming 👏👏👏

 Guess what...Nix is having her vaccination on Saturday. I shall have to stay on my own but I don’t mind if it helps to keep her safe. She’s having the Oxford one too so she doesn’t have to sit around for 15 minutes to make sure she doesn’t drop dead or in medical terms have any side effects. 



We haven’t really done much today, it hasn’t stopped raining again and is very windy. We did go to the park and Nix took a couple of photos but it was very muddy.  As there are only two photos of moi I thought you might like to see one of my dinners, there’s enough for two weeks. 





We still don’t have the iPad back and Nix is struggling to see on the phone so we’ll keep it short today. We’re both very bored but we hope that things will get back to normal soon. 


Nix is traumatising over what to wear for the vaccination as all her sleeveless stuff has been put away for the winter.  She is also anxious as to whether she will be able to park when she gets there. I think we’re going on a trial run tomorrow which suits me as it’s very close to the park 🙂

Too Much Noisy Rain

 Last night it started to rain, a lot, and as you know I do not like it when it rains, it scares me. I don’t mind it when I’m out on my walk as you can see from my photos but I don’t like it when I’m inside. I just couldn’t help myself, I had to get off the bed and start digging. Nix was very understanding for once but she does try to get me back on the bed. In the end I gave up and got on the bed and was just drifting off when there was this really loud scary noise. Nix said it sounded like a very loud demented dalek whatever that is...it was very scary and made me and Nix really jump. Turned out to be something to do with her phone and the battery going...is it too much to ask that she keep a check on these things, nearly gave me a heart attack.  It hasn’t stopped raining all day so there are only photos of me wet. I didn’t stay wet for long, I blotted myself off on the sofa first and then Nix’s bed. She thought there were towels on it but I’d dug them all up. The best news today is

Big Boats and Little Dogs

 There was a very big boat making a lot of noise when we got to the beach this morning. Nix thought that it was very interesting, me not so much. I suppose it shows just how boring Nix’s life really is.  We went down the river this afternoon. You know how Nix has always been scared of going over the bridge over the busy road. Well now she’s decided she doesn’t like going under the busy road either. I think the lockdown thingy has finally done it’s worst. She says it’s worse coming back because she can see it in the distance and knows she’s got to go under it eventually. I like it under there, it’s really noisy and you can hear the lorries above you racing along.  I like to think I took her mind off going under the bridge by perfecting another one of my annoying habits.
