Quilt Day Today…
I’m still taking my antibiotics in the mozzarella cheese. I really like it but apparently it’s even worse than the pâté to try and get it to form a ball around the tablet. Anyway, Nix is managing to do it and I’m very happy. I didn’t like the jelly babies so Nix ate them all. She also brought a pack of six Milky Ways to try but because I’m eating the mozzarella, she’s eaten five of those. She’s keeping one just in case I start to get fussy again.
We had a slow walk on the boardwalk this morning and then I had a rest before we set off for the church hall for the quilting exhibition. There were lots and lots of people there, I got a lot of fuss 🙂 Nix has taken a few photos which she will put at the end but she will take some tomorrow when she’s not so busy and I am asleep in my bed. You may notice that on the one with the sheep, one of the sheep has ‘Nix and Fripp’ on and the other one has ‘Nora Winifred’ which was Nix’s mum. Each of the sheep has a sponsor so Nix sponsored two and that’s how we got our names on.
We had a lovely visit from Dominic our new vicar so Nix was able to introduce him and his partner Dennis to lots of members of the church for the first time. We hope he will be starting with us before Easter.
We weren’t able to go to St Nic’s for tea and cake as Nix was asked to help at the quilt exhibition but we have it in our diary for next month and we are really looking forward to that. I don’t think we shall do much more today because it’s 4 o’clock now. We’ll go out for our last walk in a couple of hours and then have a nice rest for the rest of the evening.

So happy the mozzarella is still working for your meds. You are such a good boy! The quilt show looked very interesting. Have a good rest tonite.
